Yes, the salesperson was a wonderful customer service person. I wanted some changes made to the doll and she made sure it was made to my specifications. I also wanted the packaging to be reinforced as I’ve seen some horror stories of boxes or dolls being damaged in transit, resulting in damaged dolls or awkward deliveries. The seller worked with the shipping company to see what reinforcements could be put in place and got back to me quickly.
